Prohibited content

Nothing you upload, write as a direction or create with Dame Hombro AI may fall into any of these categories:

  • Sexual or NSFW content: nudity, sexual acts or sexually suggestive material.
  • Violent or gory content: graphic violence, injuries, blood or cruelty, and threats of or incitement to violence.
  • Hate speech: content that attacks, demeans or harasses people because of their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or a similar characteristic.
  • Child-unsafe content: child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and anything that sexualizes, exploits or endangers minors. Photos of minors are not accepted at all.
  • Impersonation: putting a real person’s face into a video without their consent, posing as someone else, or passing off a clip as real footage to mislead people.
  • Copyright or trademark infringement: photos, logos, characters, music or other material you don’t own or have permission to use, and clips that pose as an official release of a brand, artist or label.

You also may not try to get around our or our providers’ safety checks, for example by disguising prohibited material or uploading rejected photos again, or use the service for fraud, harassment, spam or anything else illegal. How we moderate: before a render starts, every photo goes through the video provider’s automatic photo review, and any extra direction you write is screened against our list of prohibited terms (we add to it as new misuse appears) and by Waffo’s content-safety check. The video model’s own safety review checks every clip before it is delivered, and blocked renders are never shown. A person reviews every report, as described below. These checks don’t catch everything, so you remain responsible for what you submit and share.

Breaches, suspension and termination

These terms apply for as long as you use the service. You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@damehombro.co.

If you break these terms, for example by uploading photos without the consent of the people shown, creating prohibited content or impersonating someone, we may do one or more of the following, depending on how serious the breach is:

  • block or stop the render and delete the photos, directions and videos involved;
  • warn you, or limit features such as uploads, free previews or purchases;
  • suspend your account while we investigate, or close it permanently;
  • cancel your subscription and remove your unused credits; credits and plan time lost this way are not refunded;
  • report the matter to the authorities where the law requires it or someone’s safety is at risk. Child sexual abuse material leads to immediate account closure and a report to the competent authorities, such as the US National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

Unless it would be unsafe or unlawful, we tell you what we did and why. If you believe we got it wrong, write to support@damehombro.co and a person will review the decision.

Reporting misuse

We don’t publish the videos made here: each one is shown only to the account that made it, which may then download and share it. If you come across a clip you believe was made with Dame Hombro AI that breaks these rules, especially one that shows your face or a minor’s without consent, email support@damehombro.co with the subject “Report misuse”. Include a link or screenshot, where you saw it and, if it concerns you, how we can reach you.

A person reviews every report. Reports involving minors or sexual content are handled first, within 24 hours; others usually within 2 business days. We keep the reporter’s identity confidential and never tell the reported account who reported it. When a report is confirmed we act as described above; deliberately false reports may themselves lead to restrictions.
